Dick Glanvillefounded Glanville Associates in 1988 after ten years with Royston Hanamoto Alley and Abey where he was a senior associate responsible for many large projects ranging from regional land use and recreation planning to urban design. With over 35 years of landscape architecture experience, Dick has an unusual breadth of experience and understanding in many geographical locations. His projects have ranged from intimate residential gardens to 22,000 acre master planned communities, and his designs have won several national and state professional awards.
Under his guidance, Glanville Associates has developed a select client base with many long-term relationships. He has worked extensively on the Summerlin new town in Las Vegas for over 20 years, from initial master planning to ongoing design of specific village projects. He has directed the planning and design of numerous multidisciplinary public projects at Lake Tahoe, helping to balance strict environmental controls with passionate public opinion.
Dick received both a Masters & Bachelors of Landscape Architecture from the University of Oregon and a B.A. English from the University of California, Davis.
Stephanie Wondolleckhas over 20 years experience in landscape architecture. She has been a valuable member of the Glanville Associates team for fifteen years, where she has served as a senior landscape architect and project manager on a variety of projects. Stephanie is responsible for coordinating with other design team consultants and maintaining project schedules. Her strong technical proficiency translates into clear, concise and accurate drawings at all phases of project design and documentation, from schematics through construction drawings. Stephanie is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. A mother of two, Stephanie is in addition a four time U.S. National Sailing Champion and recipient of the National Sportsmanship Award.
Matt Reillycame to Glanville Associates in 1999 after practicing landscape architecture in Florida. He was the lead design consultant of the Morikami Japanese Gardens for Palm Beach County. At Glanville Associates, Matt's expertise as a landscape architect & project manager has been invaluable on a variety of projects including many parks, streetscapes, and entries for master planned communities. Matt brings technical skills and experience in all phases of project design and documentation, from preliminary concepts through construction drawings. He earned his Bachelors of Landscape Architecture from the University of Oregon. In his spare time he enjoys playing tennis, computer programming, and tutoring kids.
Barbara Bischoffjoined Glanville Associates in 1999 while a student in the landscape architecture program at the University of California, Berkeley extension. She provides project and administrative assistance to the Glanville team. Barbara is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with a degree in Business Administration / Marketing.
